・JR Hotel Members can check-in using the QR code on the app.
・The self-service check-in process requires upfront payment and incidentals cannot be charged to your room. If you would like to charge incidentals to your room, please contact our staff after check-in.
・If you have any outstanding payment at the time of check-out, please settle them at the manned front counter.
・If you are using the parking lot, please ask the staff nearby. After settling the parking fee, you will receive a parking ticket.
